The Power of Fennel

FOENICULUM VULGARE

- FENNEL

Cautions: During Pregnancy, be sure to avoid large amounts.

Fennel is an age-old remedy, used medicinally in the Middle Ages and as far back as the ancient Greeks and Romans, who believed it bestowed courage, longevity and strength.

Fennel has an aromatic quality with a warm aniseed flavour. The small seeds are often chewed directly to soothe a reactive belly and freshen the breath.

Fennel is akin to the digestive system, easing all sorts of uncomfortable symptoms such as, bloating, nausea, gas, indigestion and intestinal spasms, and a true friend to those who experience irritable bowel syndrome symptoms.

We offer a Tummy Oil, made from organic sunflower oil and an organic, Australian made Fennel & Lavender essential oil. drop 1 teaspoon worth onto the tummy and gently rubbed in a circular motion.

There is a hormone-balancing power to fennel, alleviating amenorrhoea and dysmenorrhoea, while having a slight oestrogenic effect hence why large amounts are cautioned against during pregnancy. However, Fennel is a true companion for new mummas, easing infantile intestinal colic and encouraging a mother's milk supply with its supportive galactagogue action.

More recently the prestigious  Salk Institute has authored a bombshell revealing that the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein is what’s actually causing vascular damage in covid patients (and likely) covid “vaccine” recipients, promoting the strokes, heart attacks, migraines, blood clots and other harmful reactions which have injured and killed millions of people. The side effects from the local unvaxxed community have been reported more recently after being in contact and close proximity to the vaccinated beings.

“Critically, all four covid vaccine brands currently in widespread use either inject patients with the spike protein or, via mRNA technology, instruct the patient’s own body to manufacture spike proteins and release them into their own blood.” (Natural News Source)

This floods the patient’s body with the very spike protein that the Salk Institute has now identified as the smoking gun cause of vascular damage and related events (such as blood clots, which are killing many people who take the vaccines). (Natural News source)

“Put simply, it means the “vaccines” (ahem… experimental gene therapy) were designed to contain the very element that’s killing people."

Also Fennel’s main volatile oil is known as anethole. Anethole is pretty amazing, even serving as a possible cancer fighter. It does this by preventing the activation of a “gene-altering inflammation-triggering molecule associated with cancer known as NF-kappaB.”

HOT TIPS:

Fennel seeds are often used for bronchial afflictions, asthma, coughs and catarrh, and an eyewash can be made to combat conjunctivitis.
