Applying an aromatherapy balm to your pulse points can assist with sleep, energy and a lot more. We apply this balm on pulse points, chest and feet in the evening before bed to assist our family to settle into bed and fall asleep.

Chamomile - promotes rest and creates inner contentment. Also useful for: eczema, dermatitis, minor burns, sunburn, minor wounds, cuts, scratches and abrasions.
Lavender - relaxing aroma, soothe, speeds up healing, reduces pain, skin ulcers, rashes, cradle cap, swelling and anxiety.
Sunflower Oil - contains generous amounts of vitamin E, it has emollient properties that make it a good ingredient to have in skin moisturisers and massage oil blends.
Shea Butter - non-comedogenic – meaning they will not clog your pores, absorbs into the skin to lock in moisture, soothe and soften skin. rich in vitamin A and E, anti-inflammatory, improves circulation, and benefits dry and inflamed skin.
