How To Use Mullein + Garlic Eardrop Oil
To treat ear infections - 2 drops directly into the affected ear canal while lying on your side. Lay in this position for 5 mins. Repeat 2 times per day. if symptoms do not subside then go see your GP.
To clean ears - I use 1 drop into each ear canal and massage gently around the outside, front and behind your ear to help it move through. do not put your fingers into your ear.
I only reapply when needed (for me it's approx. once a month).
